Michael Mancuso employs his expertise daily while maintaining client relationships, overseeing field personnel, ensuring code compliance, performing equipment inspections, conducting category 1 and 5 witnessing, and as a liaison to Nicholas J. Montesano.

Michael Mancuso joined DTM Inc., with over 30 years of experience as superintendent of elevators and escalators for a well-known Manhattan based agency.
